The contractor will be back on site starting tomorrow, Wednesday, May 11, and plan to complete the final placement and compaction of the 25mm IGB base course material at the Community Hall Parking Lot in preparation for paving starting next week. Once this area is completed, they will move to finalize the road on Kalum Road West.
Access to the Community Hall Parking Lot will be closed starting tomorrow morning while the work is underway and again on Monday and Tuesday (May 16 and 17) for paving.
Additional updates will be provided during the week as the crews work along Kalum Road West and any detours that may affect local traffic.
