An ISC mobile status team will issue a paper-laminated Certificate of Indian Status
(CIS) and intake applications for a Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) in Prince Rupert during the All-Native Basketball Tournament,

February 13

*Arrival before 2:00 pm is strongly recommended. 

Masks are available if you require one.

You must already be registered and have a 10-digit registration number.

Bring a valid ID, such as a status card, driver’s license, provincial ID, or a health care card.

Photos will be taken on-site.

There is no fee for either card.

A Temporary Confirmation of Registration Document (TCRD) is available for those who cannot
attend in person. Write to infopubs@sac-isc.gc.ca with “TCRD Request” as the subject and
include your full name and phone number. The document will be mailed once your identity has
been verified over the phone.
