One submission per household.

Kitsumkalum Christmas Gift 2023 Online Form

Online submission form for Kitsumkalum Christmas Gift 2023. One per household. Submissions open until December 31st, 2023. Please notify your family members. Payments will start November 24th, 2023.

      We will do our best to reply within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm) to confirm we’ve received your online form submission or email.

      Attach an October, November, or December 2023 copy of one of the following to verify address:

      • UTILITY BILL in your name (ie. BC Hydro, Gas, Cable, Phone etc.)
      • RENTAL AGREEMENT
      • PHOTO I.D. with current address
      • Void Cheque Required: A copy of a void cheque is necessary for direct deposit, even if sent in previous years.

      In order to qualify, you must complete and return this form in full and submit it to the Band Office for processing by one of the following methods:

      Provide bank information from your bank to ensure we are using your current information.

      INCOMPLETE FORMS AND MISSING INFORMATION DELAYS PROCESSING. You will receive confirmation through email, please do not call to enquire on the status, as this slows down processing.
      Forms will not be accepted after December 31st, 2023.

      ******DIRECT DEPOSIT IS PREFERABLE******
      Please include an official direct deposit form or void cheque from your banking institution.  Due to too many past errors, handwritten banking information can no longer be accepted.
      Cheques will be mailed on Fridays starting November 24th, 2023.
