Kitsumkalum’s noise by-law prohibits noise from 11pm – 7am, all days of the week, on all reserve lands.

Kitsumkalum administration is receiving reports and complaints of fireworks being set off after 11 pm. According to the by-law, this is prohibited at all times without the permission of the Band Council.

A fine of up to $1000 can be issued for not abiding to the noise by-law.
