K-12 SCHOOL SUPPLIES SUPPLEMENT – How and when to apply!
- One parent can apply for ALL the children. One form lists up to 5 children. Attach another copy for larger families!
- Please attach your Direct Deposit Bank info or a VOID CHEQUE, if you are not already registered with Kalum’s Finance Dept.
- Early applications will be submitted for payment on Aug 15th. The second batch will be sent in after Sep 3rd. ELIGIBILITY FOR K-12 SCHOOL SUPPLIES SUPPLEMENT:
- At least one parent is a Kitsumkalum member,
- one application per family,
- children live on-reserve in the applicant’s home,
- and children are registered to attend school in Terrace.
Sorry, you are not eligible for this supplement if: - Your children are attending NAGK School because supplies are provided
- OR, if Kitsumkalum member and their children do not live in Kalum, already living in town, and registered in school in Terrace or elsewhere.
K-12 SCHOOL SUPPLIES SUPPLEMENT RATES: - Kindergarten to Grade 3: $60.00
- Grades 4 – 6: $95.00
- Grades 7 – 9: $100.00
- Grades 10 – 12: $125.00
