Position Summary
Reporting to the Band Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for
supporting the day-to-day HR functions of the Kitsumkalum Band. This role plays a key part in
recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with applicable
employment legislation. The HR Coordinator contributes to fostering a positive, culturally
respectful, and productive workplace environment.
