Position Summary: We are seeking a Registered Nurse dedicated to client-centered, family
focused centre, to support our Home Care and Community Nursing positions. The Community
Health/Home Care Nurse combines her/his health sciences knowledge with health promotion
teaching, assessment, clinical nursing skills to effectively assess and coordinate client services.
