The Kitsumkalum Fish & Wildlife department will be issuing Fishing Permits on a bi-weekly schedule through the summer of 2017.
Kitsumkalum will be sharing the office space at the North Coast Skeena First Nations Stewardship Society (NCSFNSS) office.
Schedule: 6 hours every second Friday.
