The Kitsumkalum Band Council is pleased to announce the 2020 Christmas Gift.
In order to ensure cheques are mailed to the proper address we ask that completed forms (one per Kitsumkalum Band member household) are submitted in one of the following ways:
emailed to info (at) kitsumkalum.com, faxed to 250-635-4622, mailed to: PO BOX 544 Terrace BC, V8G 4B5 or dropped off at the Kitsumkalum Administration office during business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm in the lock box by the front entrance door with the green label.
Forms are processed as they are received and cheques mailed out on Fridays. The first mail-outs will be Friday, November 27th.
It is crucial that the information is complete and clearly legible, forms missing information causes delays in processing.
Please do not call the office to enquire on the status of your form as this will just slow down the processing. Due to the pandemic all cheques will be mailed.
The form below can be downloaded and filled in electronically and saved on your device. You can then send it as an attachment through email.
