Qualifications:
Energetic, self-starter, and ability to work independently
Clean and supply designated building areas; dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom
Clean vacant units
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Some heavy lifting
Yard work
Valid Driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
First Aid
Criminal Record Check
Other duties as required
