Library Programmer – Full Time
Terrace Public Library
Overview:
Under the direction of the Deputy Library Director, the Programmer plays a key role in
supporting literacy and lifelong learning by providing high quality learning opportunities to
patrons of all ages. Working under the Deputy Library Director the Programmer plans and
delivers a wide range of library programs to families, children, teens, adults, and seniors. This
role is also responsible for enacting community partnership commitments, planning self-led
learning activities, and supporting Program evaluation.
In addition this role provides reference, readers’ advisory and circulation support in person and
by phone.
