Of note in the report on page 7:
Section 95 Occupants, who have been contacted about the documentation that is required, and fail to submit all requirements and within the identified time-frames will be subject to eviction and the amount of arrears will be registered with the BC Credit Bureau.
- Housing Arrears Repayment Agreement – must be signed, dated and returned to the Housing & Property Development office by December 15, 2018
- Proof of Income documentation for fiscal year April 2017-March 31, 2018 by December 14, 2018
- 2018/2019 Annual Rental Tenancy Agreement Extension – signed, dated and returned by January 15, 2019
- 2019/2020 Annual Rental Tenancy Agreement Extension – signed, dated and returned by January 15, 2019
Section 95 Occupants – please submit this documentation to the Housing & Property Development office as soon as you can.
